Nepal Association of Tour and Travel Agents (NATTA) — Gandaki Province has organized a three day training program on Global Distribution System of Amadeus to enable the members and agencies of NATTA Gandaki to use international airline ticketing system of Amadeus. The program is supported by Amadeus Nepal Pvt. Ltd. and promoted by Nepal Tourism Board.

On the opening ceremony, the program coordinator Sandip Shrestha expects this program to be fruitful to the participants to be more friendly with the GDS systems to perform ticketing activities digitally. Mr. Kashiraj Bhandari, the director of Nepal Tourism Board — Gandaki, said the event is one of the many different trainings and workshops to help the businesses who have been affected by the worldwide pandemic of covid-19, and he wished the program to be a success and very helpful to the participants.

Niru Dugal, the country manager for Amadeus Nepal and Davis John, the trainer from Amadeus Nepal will run the three day training session. There are a total of 30 participants in this training and the event is being conducted in Hotel Raniban Arcade, Lakeside.

शुभारम्भ कार्यक्रममा स्वागत मन्तब्य राख्दै तालिमका सन्योजक सन्दिप श्रेष्ठले डिजिटल प्रबिधीबाट टिकट काट्न सहयोग पुगोस् भन्ने उद्देश्यले तालीम सञ्चालन गरिएको बताउनुभयो ।शुभारम्भ कार्यक्रमका प्रमुख अतिथी नेपाल पर्यटन बोर्ड गण्डकी प्रदेश कार्यालयका प्रमुख काशीराज भण्डारीले कोरोनाले शिथिल पर्यटन गतिविधिलाई चलायमान बनाउन विभिन्न प्रवद्र्धनात्मक कार्यक्रम गरिएको बताउदै तालीम बहुउपयोगी बनोस भनी शुभकामना ब्यक्त गर्नुभएको थियो ।

नाट्टा गण्डकी प्रदेशका अध्यक्ष सञ्जयकान्त सिग्देलले कोरोनाका कारण प्रभावित पर्यटनलाई पुनः स्थापित गर्नु अहिलेको आवश्यकता भएको बताउदै कोरोना प्रभावित पर्यटन चाँडै नै पूर्ववत् अवस्थामा फर्कने विश्वास व्यक्त गर्नुभयो ।यमादास नेपालका म्यानेजर निरु दुग्गलको उपस्थिति रहेको तालिममा डेविस जोन प्रशिक्षकको रुपमा रहनुभएको छ ।

तालीममा ३० जना पर्यटन व्यवसायी सहभागी छन् ।होटेल रानीबन होटल रानिबन आर्केडमा आयोजित कार्यक्रमको सन्चालन महासचिब कमला गिरिले गर्नुभएको थियो ।
