NATTA Gandaki has successfully organized a observation tour in the tourism sites of Myagdi and Mustang including Todke, Nyaurikot and Titi Lake with the support from Nepal Tourism Board, Gandaki Province. A team of Nepal Tourism Board’s Gandaki Provincial Office Pokhara and Nepal Association of Tour and Travel Agents (NATTA) returned on Tuesday after conducting a feasibility study in Todke. 

Program coordinator Tara Gautam expressed his views regarding the possibility of adding these three destinations on the itinerary of Mustang visitors to extend their duration of stay, promoting these new tourist destinations. 

With the construction of new roads in the villages, the days needed to travel Ghorepani, Poonhill, Ghandruk have reduced which makes the search of new tourist destinations even more necessary,  added the president of NATTA Gandaki, Mr. Sanjaya Kant Sigdel.

“We are planning to promote Todke of Myagdi, Naurikot of Mustang, Gurusangbo Gumba, Bhurtucho and Sekung Lake,” he said. NATTA President Sanjay Kant Sigdel said that the package will be sold to bring tourists after inspecting the tourist sites. Nabin Pokhrel, from Nepal Tourism Board Gandaki Province expressed that with the support of local government, locals and the local businesses, tourism can be taken as a good source of income. He suggested to preserve the culture, tradition, along with the development of public infrastructures such as toilets and roads.

नाट्टा गण्डकी प्रदेशको आयोजना तथा नेपाल पर्यटन बोर्ड, गण्डकी प्रदेशको सहयोगमा तीन दिने प्रवद्धनात्मक अवलोकन भ्रमण सम्पन्न भएको छ। म्याग्दी र मुस्तांग जिल्लामा पर्ने टोड्के, न्याउरीकोट र टिटी लेक गरि तीन पर्यटकीयस्थललाई कसरी आन्तरिक पर्यटनमा प्रवर्द्वन गर्न सकिन्छ भन्ने सम्वन्धमा भ्रमण, अवलोकन तथा सरोकारवालासँग अन्तरक्रिया गरेको छ।

मंगसिर २० देखि २२ सम्म आयोजना गरिएको उक्त कार्यक्रममा कार्यक्रम संयोजक तारा गौतमले मुस्तांग भ्रमण गर्ने पर्यटकको बसाई लम्बाउन यी नया गन्तव्यको पहिचान गरिएको र भ्रमण प्याकेजमा टोड्के, न्याउरीकोट तथा टिटी लेक लाई समावेश गर्ने बताउनुभयो। नाट्टा गण्डकीका अध्यक्ष्य सन्जयकान्त सिग्देलले  गाउँपालिकाहरुको सडक बिस्तारले गर्दा पुराना गन्तव्यहरु जस्तै घोडेपानी, पुनहिल, घान्द्रुकको यात्राअवधि छोटीएको र नया गन्तव्यहरुको खोजि गरिएको बताउनुभयो। वहाँले पर्यटकको लागि उपयुक्त गन्तव्य टोड्के रहेको बताउदै प्रचारप्रसार र सडक, पदमार्ग लगायतका पुर्वाधार पर्यटकको आकर्षण गर्ने किसिमले निर्माण गर्न सिग्देलले आग्रह गर्नुभएको थियो ।

नेपाल पर्यटन बोर्ड गण्डकी प्रदेश कार्यालय र नेपाल एशोसियसन अफ टुर एण्ड ट्राभल एजेन्सी (नाटा) को टोलीले पर्यटन सम्भावना बोकेको टोड्केमा मौलिकता जोगाएर पर्यटन ब्यवसायलाई अघि बढाउन स्थानीयलाई आग्रह गरेका छन् ।  

नेपाल पर्यटन बोर्ड गण्डकी प्रदेशका प्रवन्धक नविन पोखरेलले गाउँपालिका, स्थानीयबासी, होटल संचालकहरुको जागरुताले पर्यटन ब्यवसायलाई आर्यआर्जनको रुपमा विकास गर्न सकिने बताउनुभयो । वहाँले जनप्रतिनिधि, होटल ब्यवसायी र स्थानीय मिलेर पुर्वाधार लगायतको क्षेत्रमा सहकार्यलाई प्रस्ताव लिएमा सहयोग गर्ने प्रतिवद्धता जनाउदै सडक स्तरोन्नती र पदमार्ग निर्माण गर्दा, चौतारी, बगैचा, सार्वजनिक शौचालय लगायतका पुर्वाधार निर्माणमा ध्यान दिन गाउँपालिकालाई सुझाव दिनुभयो।
